Figured a thread for asking/answering questions on stats from items from the games and shops might be useful? So, if anyone has something they can't figure out, post it and maybe we can make a decent list.

A crystal flask of ichor
As you sing, you feel a faint resonating vibration from the flask of ichor in your hand, and you learn something about it...
This is a small item, under a pound. In your best estimation, it's worth about 50,000 silvers.
As you sing, you feel a faint resonating vibration from the flask of ichor in your hand, and you learn something about it...
From the pitch of the vibration you determine that the purpose of the ichor is to cast a spell or perform some magical purpose.
As you sing, you feel a faint resonating vibration from the flask of ichor in your hand...
This is a magical item of some sort.
As you sing, you feel a faint resonating vibration from the flask of ichor in your hand...
You sense that the flask of ichor will disintegrate after its last magical charge has been expended.
I'm pretty sure it's pourable...but on what? and with what results?
And I found a band and a symbol that have slots for crystals but have no idea what kind of crystals they use. I tried the usual...blue, white and black, but they didn't work.

Not a chrism holder....
>put em in my band
You can't seem to find a way to put an uncut emerald in an opalescent azure vaalin band.
You analyze your azure vaalin band and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.
The creator has also provided the following information:
* 15/15/15 alterations only.
* Must remain sufficiently sized to hold a setting for a crystal.
This azure vaalin band is unlocked.

What happens if you exhale on that band?

This is wishful thinking but have you tried a fusion orb?
GuildRat

You blow on your azure vaalin band.
A faint foggy mist forms over the surface of the band then slowly fades away.
I haven't tried a fusion orb yet

That ring is for blue crystals. I think you have to put it in it a certain way. I have one from last year.

I remember at anfelt when some gm rolled out those pocketed weapons. I mentioned to him they should make a slot in the weapon handle for a blue crystal. He told me that would make a weapon too powerful. Go figure now you have the same thing basically.

tilt ichor
You tilt the ichor back and forth slowly, ichor swirling within it languidly.
You hold a crystal flask of ichor at arm's length and tilt it slightly, and a thin trail of ichor trickles steadily forth from it. You let it pour around you as you turn around around slowly, and are soon bordered by a circle of ichor.
Roundtime: 15 secs.

For the band....push crystal works for white crystals. Now...what does that do?

Means you can rub one out without actually having to hold it.

The vaalin band is a hold over from last year, I had a few. It SHOULD be a regular crystal holder.

Not sure if this was posted already though it does say "sized to hold a setting for a crystal" but an chrism would be insert by holding the item in one hand a a chrism'd gem in the other and PUSHing the item.
Sorry, should have read the rest first. Mentioned above.

The band and symbol work with "push" and white, black and blue crystals. Holding the band you push it and...."You carefully place the black crystal on top of the setting in the azure vaalin band and give it a firm push. It slides into place with a loud *CLICK*!"

a laje-mouthed ebon jade wrist sheath backed with dark suede - just a nice looking wrist worn?
Jhynnifer

Yes, there's a set of 5-6 different sheaths that are just fluff. Usually the wrist/back/ankle worn ones with longs are not the hiding kinds nor the identifying type.

I found a t4 blessing sheath. I'll try to dig it out and post the desc. I think I remember it being belt worn. I was hoping that the charges aren't limited but probably not.

Searching for any info on:
a nacre-inlaid polished teak box
a golden glaes lockpick earring (likely plain jewelry)
a bone-inlaid silver alloy sceptre

try turning the box, the earring is a lockpick, dunno about the sceptre

Ah TURN the box, thanks (casts dims).
Duh to me on the earring.
Sceptre is a mystery so far.

Wow, last one of those I saw was a PC prize... it would be nice if they had unlimited charges but I'm guessing not. =(

Well I finally found it and I was completely wrong. It's an identifying sheath. It was an elaborately carved bone scabbard depicting a hunting scene. I thought the following message was letting me know my weapon got blessed but it was just telling me it was already blessed... As you slide your longsword into your scabbard, the scabbard glows with an intense white light, which fades slowly. I tested it with a cold flaring weapon just now... You hear a slight hissing sound as you slide your falchion into your scabbard. I also just stumbled across another one in my T4 pile... a lustrous blue tanik baldric throated with a shard of alexandrite. I had thought the baldric was just a dual weapon displayer but when I tested it today it was another identifying sheath. I was so down about not winning a T5 but I have to admit this made up for it. It's shoulder/back worn and a bit bigger than the belt worn scabbard (I tested a couple lances and a claid in it and they fit).

Looks like I finally sorted through all my hundreds and hundreds of EG prizes - just one unknown item left:
a sheer jade green scarf
Any info? It was a T4, it can't be just fluff (uh, right?).

Scripted “belly dancer” scarfs
Wearable but scripts only work when it's in your hands
Pull: You pull your ivory scarf tight between your two hands and swing your arms in broad circles as you nimbly dance with high, graceful leaps.
Turn: Stomping a strong beat as you turn, you twist with a wild, gyrating motion. Your ivory scarf drapes from your extended fingertips, a flowing ribbon of color that writhes through the air.
Spin: You spin rapidly in place, your ivory scarf wrapping itself tightly around your body in a sinuous swathe of color.
Raise: As you sway your hips, you hold your ivory scarf out to the side and move your arm in a fluid, sinuous motion, creating a wave of color that ripples and dances.

also!
This is still pertinent since a lot of the t1-4 prizes are from previous years!

One last item: a oak-hafted iron shovel
I received this item very late in the Festival. I assume it's a digging shovel, but I didn't have time to actually dig with it.
Analyze my shovel:
You analyze your iron shovel and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.
The creator has also provided the following information:
This is a farming tool. The iron shovel can be altered, but the noun is limited to scythe, hoe, plow, rake, trowel, shovel, and spade. The iron shovel is not unlocked.
You get no sense of whether or not the shovel may be further lightened.
Any additional info would be appreciated.

Not a digging shovel, just a scripted gardening tool. There was a shed/shop at RtCF selling them.

This. Permanent digging shovels were not part of the hopper pulls, only two were given out this year...one via auction and one via raffle. This is what a perm EG digging shovel looks like:
You remove an ebon-handled invar shovel from in your silk and velvet overcoat.
>anal shov
You analyze your invar shovel and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.
The creator has also provided the following information:
This item is intended to dig somewhere in Feymist Cemetery. This particular shovel will not break if struck by something hard while searching for buried treasure. This item can be altered, but should remain something similar to dig with.
You get no sense of whether or not the shovel may be further lightened.
