Lich error

I keep receiving the following even after updating to the most current version of Lich available to me.
[repository: error: Your version of Lich is too old to be updated by this script.]
--- warning: uberspells is using depreciated method XMLData.spellfront
Is there an issue, or a fix? Or is a fix even needed?
