Extreme Lightening

So I got a container to huge at EG and it's now currently max deep, but at 7lbs it's not yet max light. Is there a way for me to get it lighter than it would normally stop at by having some random merchant lighten it? Can purchasing a riverboat ticket do this? Or can the Riverboat take it past it's current huge capacity even though analyze says it's max deep? Would love to get it to 3-4 lbs, or lighter if possible.

It will max at 6lbs. It won't go below that.

If you want a lower cloak, you need to buy a 1lb cloak.
