a suede-gripped golvern gladius with a firestone pommel

As you sing, you feel a faint resonating vibration from the golvern gladius in your hand, and you learn something about it...

You sense a faint aura of magic around the golvern gladius. From the pitch of the vibration you determine that the purpose of the gladius is as some type of weapon. A sense of deep seated hatred clings to the golvern gladius, as if it had been crafted with a specific purpose.

As you sing, you feel a faint resonating vibration from the golvern gladius in your hand...

It has a bonus of +25 from a normal gladius, and the way it vibrates in tune with your voice tells you that it requires skill in edged weapons to use effectively. It also has some type of special ability, but you can't tell what yet. This golvern gladius seems to be the bane of trolls.

a drake etched vultite bracer / tower shield. Weighs 6 pounds 7x T4 Ensorc

Placing your right hand on the back of your vultite tower shield, you locate a small, bracer-shaped glyph. Pressing your thumb against the glyph, you feel the shield grow warm and quickly remove your right hand as a flash of light centers over your left arm. When it recedes, you notice that your shield has transformed into a drake-etched vultite bracer!

Placing your right hand on the underside of your vultite bracer, you locate a small, shield-shaped glyph. Pressing your thumb against the glyph, you feel the bracer grow warm and quickly remove your right hand. There is a flash of light centered over your left arm, and you notice that your bracer has transformed into a drake-etched vultite tower shield!

>attend shield
Shifting your arm just a bit, you settle the vultite tower shield more comfortably in your left hand.
>clean shield
Noticing a bit of gore on your vultite tower shield, you focus your attention on its removal.
>raise shield
With a loud battle cry, you thrust your vultite tower shield into the air.
>removeshield
Please rephrase that command.
>rub shield
You idly rub your right hand over the surface of your vultite tower shield.
>slap shield
You slam your open right palm against the surface of your vultite tower shield!
>wear shield
You sling a drake-etched vultite tower shield over your shoulder, then adjust it so it lays comfortably against your back.
>remove shield
You sling the vultite tower shield off from over your shoulder and grip it firmly in your left hand, ready for battle.

Etched in the grey vultite is the outline of a massive rampant drake. The wings extend to the points on the kite-shaped shield, while tail rests in the bottom point. Chips of obsidian create the scales that cover the sinuous body, each one polished to a dark luster. Straddling the dragon's belly are the words, "Vigilance, Perseverance, Clarity, Wisdom," incised in an ornate script. Twin faceted rubies create the drake's eyes, and catch the ambient light with a red glimmer. A strange necrotic haze radiates from the shield.

>attend bra
Letting your eyes casually scan your surroundings, you place your right hand on your vultite bracer and adjust it slightly on your other wrist.
>clean bra
You glance around distractedly, while quickly cleaning something off your vultite bracer.
>raise bra
Keeping your left forearm parallel to your body and your fist clenched, you raise your vultite bracer to eye level, then quickly pull your elbow back down to your side.
>remove bra
Grasping the vultite bracer in your right hand, you twist your left wrist just a bit, then slide off the bracer.
>wear bra
You carefully secure a drake-etched vultite bracer to your left wrist, taking a moment to adjust the fit.
>rub bra
You idly rub your vultite bracer, leaving the vultite looking a bit more polished.
>slap bra
You nonchalantly strum the fingers of your right hand along the back of your vultite bracer.

Etched in the grey vultite is the outline of a coiled drake. The drake lays coiled in great relaxation in the center of the bracer. Chips of obsidian create the scales that cover the sinuous body, each one polished to a dark luster. Above the drake's resting head are the words, "For now... We rest," incised in an ornate script. Twin faceted rubies create the drake's eyes, and catch the ambient light with a red glimmer.
