I think this should read bonus to strength STAT, not bonus to strength BONUS (I infer this from the level req. you listed)

Considering strength only goes up to +6 bonus, gonna assume he means stat.

My apologies, the bard said to bonus. It is definitely plus 8 to Str. If you wish to sing to it, PM Me.

So, I got another bard to sing to it (one I know), and it is +8 to stat not Bonus. Methais let me know if you want to keep your bid, otherwise I will relist. Sorry for the troubles.

It could be that no one has ever found (or editied krakiipedia) higher, or it could be the actual treasure system approved limit for that stat bonus.

Though I'm sure it's possible that a GM could create a limited higher bonus for an event, if approved. So a rare amount could possibly be in or enter the game.
