Quick question. I have a rogue sniper and was training in spells. Thinking about going to 410 .. will that knock me out of hiding when cast?

I think all offensive spells remove you from hiding when cast. Except spells that put you into hiding.

Yep, you can cast and immediately hide.

Keep in mind that it's possible (if not very likely) that you will be attacked in that millisecond cast/hide time frame. Still nice to be able to hide while in cast RT.
