He's already found the sword, so there's no harm in my saying that if I were going to spend 10-15m on a bastard sword, I'd go ahead and get a bastard axe unless arpee prohibits. Way better avd's/df's.

Agree with Wrath. Bastard axe is absolutely a better weapon mechanically, but hey, gotta let RP/style make some of the decisions.

Was even offered one, but it would have killed what's left in my EG fund should I actually win any raffles. Appreciate the responses.
