FYI this guy backed out of a sale with me because he wasnt in game when I was. I am on an EU time-zone so i admit its not easy. But in the 100s of successful deals i have done on these boards he is the first to back out due to being impatient. Just FYI to future buyers.

Well I wasn't going to create a whole drama log, but I'll respond since Nocturnix wanted to take this public. He was not easy to work with. He was often active on the boards while simply not responding to previous PM's for a couple days or more at a time, even when I clearly indicated haste was needed in the deal.

I tried to be patient, even after I said I would relist after 7 days and instead waited 11(?) days. And that was after I had 3 days prior indicated I needed this to move along. I had/have nothing against Nocturnix, I just don’t feel like being trapped into this deal and needed to move on.

Sorry, no AIM. Wkdys I can generally drop in game btwn 7-9 pm EST. Wknds are a bit more unpredictable. If you can get in game during the wk at those times just give me a time frame and day. Wknds I can generally be around about 9am, then again later in the evening after 9pm til midnightish. During the wknd days I'm in and out most of the time. I'm cancelling my accts for awhile so there is a little urgency here.

When I'm IG I'm running Poloneus. On LNET.

10/17 11pm EST I refunded the $ after waiting a few more days and getting no reply. IMO 12 days was long enough to close the deal, especially since I twice indicated I needed this to move along and said I would need to re-list.
