On the burnt scroll you see
(119) Spirit Dispel
(310) Warding Sphere
(1720) Arcane Barrier
(307) Benediction
This isn't really a question on the value of the scroll, but really a question on the value of Arcane Barrier. Does anyone out there use it much? From a scroll it seems not that useful.
Candor has 20 trainings of MIU. Add five trainings to that (which has been a low priority item on the training list for quite some time), and Arcane Barrier would provide immunity through 4th level spells. Nice I suppose, but not really that big a deal. Or am I missing something?
