Selling one of the winged coats recently released at this summer's premium festival. They have organza wings that can be displayed and the zests change a bit depending on whether they are out or not. Some work either way, some do not. This particular specimen is unlocked fully.

The coat can be altered and the wings can be altered, but the wings have to remain made from organza.

a side-fastened pewter wool coat - currently has silver-hued organza wings also

9lbs, significant amount, but should be able to be max deepened to 140lbs and lightened to 7lbs, assuming all container rules apply

You carefully inspect your pewter wool coat.

You estimate that a side-fastened pewter wool coat can store a significant amount with enough space for any number of items.

You determine that you could wear the coat, hanging it from your shoulders. The coat appears to serve some purpose.

It looks like this item has been mainly crafted out of cloth.

You analyze your pewter wool coat and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.

The creator has also provided the following information:

This item will ONLY support a 15/15/15 description. This coat is currently unlocked one time and may not be unlocked further.
Wings are always organza, but the color can be altered.

Current verbs: BOUNCE, BOW, CLENCH, COVER, PINCH, PULL, PUSH and SPIN. (Original concept by Zodi)

You might be able to have a talented merchant lighten the pewter wool coat for you or have its pockets deepened.

>cover my coat
The silver-hued organza wings attached to the back of your pewter wool coat open and fold forward, wrapping snugly around your body and enveloping you like a cocoon. You can't see a thing in here!
>
The silver-hued organza wings peel away from your body, gradually returning themselves to lay flat against the back of your pewter wool coat.
>push coat
As you roll your shoulders forward, the silver-hued organza wings on your pewter wool coat shift slightly, but then settle firmly against the back of your coat.
>pull coat
With a firm grasp, you tug on the edge of your pewter wool coat, and a pair of silver-hued organza wings unfolds from the back of the garment.
>push coat
As you roll your shoulders forward, the silver-hued organza wings on your pewter wool coat flutter gently.
>spin coat
You spin around in a circle, the air catching the silver-hued organza wings on the back of your pewter wool coat. They thrash back and forth, clapping against each other noisily.
>pinch coat
You reach around and pinch the tip of one of the silver-hued organza wings attached to your pewter wool coat, pulling it over your shoulder before releasing your grip. The wing springs back into position.
>clench coat
As nonchalantly as possible, you flex and relax the muscles in your upper arms. The silver-hued organza wings on your pewter wool coat wave back and forth with a smooth and almost natural rhythm.
>bow coat
In a deep bow, you roll your shoulders forward and force the silver-hued organza wings to splay elegantly across the back of your pewter wool coat.
>bounce coat
You bounce around excitedly, and the silver-hued organza wings attached to your pewter wool coat wobble back and forth.

they did, the wraps were non-pocketed and marked for the nonfunctional slot, so you could wear them with cloaks and such. I might sell one after this, depending on how well the sale goes.
