glowing glimaerstone earrings

I thought these were pretty nifty so I put a bunch of details. They were sold a few times in the past but I believe they are from Luminous Grace at the 2004 Dhu Gillywack based on the bard sung value. This was info. from the Nilandia listing:
All pieces in this shop change luminosity in light
Note: They might permanently cast light around you, making dark areas have normal defense.
I had hoped that my rogue could use them to light up dark rooms for picking but my testing hasn’t shown them to work that way. They seem to respond to the light in the room, not the other way around. If you have figured them out please let me know as I have a second pair stashed.
Note that others to not see the ambient messaging, just you. Others do see that the earrings have changed description if they look at you.
