Thinking of fix skilling to set up to do resist natures to raise some funds. Few questions is it possible for rangers make the resistance permanent? What's the pricing in this stuff? Is it even worth t? I have 14m xp. Thanks.

It's not permanent, but it'll last a long time.
If you have nothing else to train for, there's no reason not to... someone else will need to chime in, but from what I see on the official documentation/guides, it doesn't look difficult to gather the ingredients, make the potion, and do the casts.
I think the curveball is that fusion is ineligible for resist nature, and you'll need a lot of mana control to manage the higher tier padding.

Nice I don't think TPs will be a problem. I just want to know if it the payout is worth it a this point

You can do fusion, and have been able to for a while Whirlin. Virilneus was charging 1mil for his but he also had the +50 blessing lore enhancives. Brelius recently did some for people as well and you can probably find the thread for it. I've also heard there is a limit of 5 per week or something so you should be aware of that.
