One thing to be clear about, that looks like Aura and Logic Stat, not Bonus. Still a nice item, but the value would be something like 4x as much if it were +5 bonus to aura bonus and the same for logic, instead of +5 bonus to aura. Your thread title implies that it's bonus to bonus. Truth is, the "bonus/stat" syntax has always been a source of confusion.

To the ass who gave me a negative rep for asking this appraisal. First, you don't know the situation. 2. I am buying it from a friend who is asking only 1 mil. So, I don't want to cheat him. If it's worth more, I will pay him more.

Without the voln restriction I thi k it would be worth more than 5m. With it, I would still estimate a minimum of 2.5. As a caveat, I've never played a pure, so take my advice with a grain of salt.
