a silver-edged ebon satin cloak
6/140 - huge amount with enough space for any number of items
wings color altered from off the shelf pewter
You analyze your ebon satin cloak and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.
The creator has also provided the following information:
This item will ONLY support a 15/15/15 description. This cloak is currently an off-the-shelf version and could be unlocked one more time.
Wings are always organza, but the color can be altered.
Current verbs: BOW, PINCH, PULL and PUSH. (Original concept by Zodi)
You can tell that the cloak is as light as it can get and that its pockets could not possibly get any deeper.
Current zests (they seem to change based on climate/temperature and whether wings are out or not):

You bow deeply, hoping to impress everyone with your winged cloak, but since the argent-hued organza wings are still tucked against the back of the garment, no one seems to be terribly impressed.
You reach over your shoulder, hoping to feel the tip of a wing, but there's nothing there.
With a firm grasp, you tug on the edge of your ebon satin cloak, and a pair of argent-hued organza wings unfolds from the back of the garment. They appear rigid and stiff from the cold temperature.
As you roll your shoulders forward, the argent-hued organza wings on your ebon satin cloak flutter gently.
