Problem Creating New Character

I've been trying to create a new warrior all morning but whenever I get done with the website trainer it tells me that my character is created. Then, it closes the window and my new character doesn't show on the website or through lich. In over ten years I've never had this happen before. Should I report this on the officials or am I just fucking something up?

If the character isn't showing up on your character manager through the website, then there isn't much the unofficials can do to help you. Post on the official forums.

Try clearing your cache I guess. Have you looked for the character on the actual SGE?

I just wouldn't use the web builder... try to build it in the front end.

Is there a way to get to that without deleting a character in the Inn? Every time I have tried since the recent past it pulls up the browser.

I think if you select create new character from SGE/Lich, it'll be in Wizard/SF, rather than the website? Been years since I've made a character though.

Well what happened was when I deactivated my character it didn't fully clear in their system so the character I created was created without being deactivated. So I ended up having to have tech support activate it.
