Treysen Adventurer's Clothiing Set (unlocked?)

I had bought one set from Japhrimel awhile back and am now looking for a second set. Looking for a set with a minimum of shirt, pants, boots, harness, coat, and hood. Not necessarily those nouns. Will be altered. Thanks. :)

Is this the set?

a rugged canvas longcoat with matte invar buttons (registered)
some sturdy rust brown boots with thick canvas laces
an umber oilcloth hood (registered)
a pair of elk hide trousers with suede knee patches (registered)
a wide brown leather belt (registered)
a reinforced leather bandolier bound with invar bands (registered)

If you wear them together, the zests use each other's pieces for certain verbs, yes?

Is there a shirt also with that set? The set I bought from Japhrimel didn't have a belt. That didn't matter to me. But a shirt/tunic/etc does if I find another set. A belt would just be a bonus.
