Crazy Guy in Las Vegas

So this dude her calls the police this morning, and directs them to a room at TI where the body of his girlfriend was found beaten, stabbed, and strangled. While he was on the phone with the operator, he kept teling them he was in a public place and that no one was in danger, and that he was going to kill himself.

Some time after the call he jumped off the Hoover Dam and killed himself. Wtf is wrong with people?

My dog likes to dry hump table legs. What do either of these statements have to do with the story? I must have missed the part where he was a drug addict. Oh wait, that's right.
