A natural white oak bow with a bark covering along the upper limb

Thin layers of sinew have been carefully laminated between strips of wide-grained white oak to form the limbs of this composite bow. Great care has been taken to preserve the image of a natural branch, including a tiny faenor leaf sprouting out of the lower limb along its curve. A layer of rough oak bark, complete with a dusting of pale white and green moss, has been affixed to the upper limb of the bow.
