Map database and Repo issue. For the love of tarts help me!

First and foremost my map database is nonexistent. I have done ;update update forcemap a million times and whenever i do it does nothing, yes i have killed updater first then tried to do it. I've even tried ;force update update forcemap while update was running. I attempted to copy over the maps/database from an old backup and that seemed to just fubar everything up as go2 wasn't working correctly.

Any ideas on how i can get this map database?

Second i cant seem to use the repository. This is what happens when i try.

I'm running windows 8 and i use the lich file itself to load my characters.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have also redownloaded and reinstalled lich multiple times.

Maybe uninstall and perform a clean install of Ruby?
