Level reqs for hunting areas

Its been a while so can't remember, but is there a threshold level in order to access the higher level hunting areas specifically the Tower, Rift, OTF.. and anyone happen to know what levels for those areas?

to answer my own question, definitely 67 for Maagharas Tower and I believe 66 for the Rift

66 for the Rift sounds about right. Not sure about the others.
