A way to recognize once your in roundtime?

I am looking for a way to recognize when I enter a roundtime, something like:

wait_until "roundtime"
#dothis
waitrt?
#dothis


I know how to wait until the rt is done, I just don't know how to recognize when a roundtime starts.
