Looks good, im not sure how useful the 1x summon lore actually is and if you would even have the TPs for it. Dont forget climb and swim. You will be starting to reach places where you need to pick some of that up. 30ish ranks of each will get you in and out of most places.

guess i will drop the summon lore I was thinking mostly demon lore and a bit into necro. Also if I set my goals all to zero I can train from their or do I have to set actual trains.

Might be better off waiting until you get a higher level before training in lores.

Agreed... I don't think they're worth doing more than 1x in just Sorc Lore pre-cap though.

I was 1.5x lores between necro and demon when i capped. no regrets

With regards to lores, you need to figure out what your main attack is goin to be (Bolting? 711? 705/702? sword and board? 719?) and figure out what lores help that attack, and go from there. Don't just randomly learn lores, learn lores that are useful to what you do, and learn them to particular thresholds.

Most people stick close to 52 ranks in demonology and the rest in necro as you have the points until cap. It's one of the more efficient uses of tps. That said, a lot of people will supplement additional lores for other conveniences. It depends on the character/player's preference entirely.
If only there were a guide for this sort of thing... (http://forum.gsplayers.com/showthread.php?83173-So-you-want-to-be-a-pure-Whirlin-s-Guide-to-Sorcerers)
EDIT: Bolters will also include some lores for web bolt and 111. I don't know the ranks needed for those off the top of my head.

If lore is a secondary or even tertiary consideration, I recommend the minimum of 15 ranks in Necromancy as it's both affordable and effective for necro-energy gathering.

Bolting will be a secondary attack method and I am currently using 702/705 and 720 but I rarely use 720 due to no loot. I have not tried 711 honestly just got back into it. Aslo I tested 719 and I defintley kill more efficient with other spells it doesn't seem to do much damage for me and I only get back about 3 mana on it.

Really, if 702/705 is your main attack, then the best thing you can do to increase it is increase your CS. No lores affect those. However, that doesn't mean you should discount lores entirely; demon lore helps with your cloak retalitation and phasing heavier things, as well as increasing the DF on 713. Necro lore helps with gaining necrotic energy which is a good thing. Ensorcelling things for others is a pretty lucrative thing, now. Necro lore also helps with 711 as well as some others.
If you bolt often, 20 ranks of summoning lore will unlock the web bolt version of 118 (9 mana, 40% chance of webbing (+0.5% per rank of summonling lore above 20). As much of a fan of bolting as I am, though, you could probably put those TPs to better use. And of course, to bolt successfully, you need to be 2x in SA, which those TPs can also be put to other use.
At cap, if you use 719 relatively regulary, a scattering of ranks in the elemental lores can be useful, but not incredibly so, and again, those TPs could be used in other places.
TL;DR version: get some ranks in necro lore (15 ranks is a good stopping point) and get your demon lore up to 52. But really, 1x total in lores is all you should really shoot for until later.

After reading the guide and suggestions this is where I am at I have not used fix skills yet but this is what I have come up with. I cant seem to fit in lores or find the tps to get in 2x spell aim should I just drop it all together for lores ? or more ranks in sorcerer spells for higher cs ? I would like to bolt at some point.

Any recommendations ? I was thinking to drop sorc circle a bit for more lores and possible doing away with spell aim since I don't seem to have the points as suggested and putting them in lores.

what do you want to do with your sorcerer? is it your main character? do you just want an ensorcell slave? do you like demons? animates? are these things you plan on using as roleplaying tools? do you want to infuse scrolls? do you want to be able to bolt? web bolt? do you want your focused implosion to be effective? how much weight would you like to be able to phase? do you want to be a total mutant and be a warsorc? do you want to skin? if you like demons, are you an abyran'sa addict?
Take your yes answers and prioritize them.
not all goals will be met at 51, but not all goals have to wait until cap.

Ok... in reviewing your skills, you've gone incredibly heavy into spell research. This is to be expected at your current level. You're achieved SORC+21, and 2/3rds in secondary spell circles. You've reached a point where there will be diminishing returns on further advancing spell research. Up til now, this was accomplished by training ~2.8x in spell research.
More Sorc ranks will further increase your CS. Of course. However, as Allereli pointed out... is that what you want?
As I pointed out above, your training has reflected a 2.8x spell research training per level up until now. If you decide to not go beyond this breakpoint, and keep CS growth maintained at the Sorc+21, 2/3rds other circles level, you're looking at reducing down to 2.3x spell research per level.
That reduction of about .5x spell research nets you about 32 PTP which you can dedicate towards spell aiming, lores, or more tertiary skills, or whatever you want! Hell, you can even go further into Sorc ranks for more CS, if the other alternatives don't seem that impressive to you.

I definitely would like to be able to phase as my strength is only going to cap at 70 due to bad stat placement and I am broke I had sold everything when I left so hunting is a bit difficult for me atm with no decent equipment so I need to be able to carry a good bit to get some coin. I would like to get be able to bolt but that can wait if it needs to and while I do like implosion FI makes it so I don't get any loot at all so definitely won't be doing that for a long time. So I would say phase and ensorcell are what I would like to work on now and demons and possibly bolting if I can manage to do that later. Also he is my main but currently having a bit of trouble in stone giants I can kill them easily with dc but my ds seems a bit low and I am able to be hit in guarded but I have not fixskilled to that build yet I am still with what I originally posted.
