Where to get deeds?

So I can't remember where you have to go to get deeds in IMT, and a google search hasn't turned anything up except the room number in Lich, which doesn't help me 'cause I'm not using Lich. I feel like I've searched the whole temple, but I must be missing something. Can someone point me in the right direction?

It's not inside the temple, it's in the front of it. From Town Center you go n, n, n, e, go ramp, go door.
