Fucking alarmist headlines. This outbreak will burn itself out.

The out of control comment was from the director of operations of Doctors Without Borders and isn't alarmist at all. This is an unprecedented epidemic. Most ebola outbreaks are in rural settings and easily contained. This one has spread to populous cities now. A lot more people are going to die before this burns out.

There have been less than 2000 deaths in the last forty years. It burns out fast. Quit scaremongering.

Scare mongering would be saying the world is going to end. I'm only quoting experts. 300 deaths since March and they're saying this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Dr Bart Janssens, MSF's director of operations, said the charity had already treated 470 patients and was struggling to cope. "The epidemic is out of control," he said. "We have reached our limits. Despite the human resources and equipment deployed by MSF in the three affected countries, we are no longer able to send teams to the new outbreak sites."

“This is the tip of the iceberg,” said Robert Garry, a microbiology professor at the Tulane University School of Medicine who’s been leading relief and investigation efforts in Sierra Leone for the Viral Hemorraghic Fever Consortium.

They are employing a oft used tactic of complaining about lack of resources in order to get resources expedited.

I just think you need to take a deep breath here (don't forget to wear an air mask!)

Just Mother Nature doing the population control that we (excepting China) will not do.

The experts say that shit all the time. It raises awareness and gets them money.

It is purposely being alarmist.
