I am the current tenant of Modwir on Teras. The original tenant was Nighthawk back in the day.
Does anyone have any information about Nighthawk in any archives they may have or dredged from memory?
Also it is believed that there may have been other tenants between Nighthawk and myself. Does anyone have any information about them? Name, race, description?
I am hoping to put something in place that reflects previous tenants and want it to be factually accurate. A google search has only turned up general references.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

NH and Silkie were a couple of sorts so I suppose ya could say they shared it, been owned/used for years since by a whole lot of people. It does amuse me that theres only 6 private workshops left and two are now owned by warriors. I'll see if I have any logs left with info about NH unlikely but possible.

I think he was involved with some of the events leading up to the opening of the rift if you have any logs of that.

Who's the other one and what property?

Anything you find will be appreciated. Will do some searching under Silkie's name. Nighthawk was around about the time I got my first character in the game I think but I have absolutely no memory of him. Ran in different circles I guess..

I believe Jersea was the last owner, could be mistaken though.

Doesn't Nordred's Barge have a workshop as well?

Yep the barge used to be Trymble's workshop, I own Pan's Place; The Underground Workshop in the landing, Inurtia owns Tedra's cottage and Kodos' and Odds' shops are now museums. leaving 2 that I am unsure off at the moment. And to the reper that mentioned that shops have little actual value now, they were status symbols for the wizards more then anything else anyway. Most of the 1% back in the day were wizards because enchanting made them a mint. Wealth distribution is totally different now.

Anyone else open their workshops up to the public? If so, how's that working out?

Interesting read. I love reading old logs!! Shame there's no description of him though. Was he a giant? There's a reference in the property that suggests he was.

As most property have containers in them that are not lockable leaving them open to the public is generally a bad idea, as Nuadjha can attest. The two that are open to the public were opened that way by the GMs when they got repossessed, I have shown people around my place a few times. as 3 of the rooms are an actual landing area that section is always opened to the public.

Yep, that's the tricky part for sure...
On the issue of Nighthawk, I've realised that I have about 12 years worth of logs on an external hard drive. Was he around in that time frame? I might have logged something inadvertently.

We have some of those stars, Ardwen. Maybe we could do like a Silvean/Ardwen buddy cop movie. You can be the grizzled veteran detective and I'll be the young blood. I'll call you "babe" like Nighthawk did. "Look babe, we got these stars for a reason."
