Well... I wouldn't go that far. Who are we to say what is fun for someone else? We might not do that, but they must be having some type of fun. Playing Gemstone (or any text game) seems stupid in my daughter's eyes (and most members of my family) but I have fun playing them... so I do. Personally I'm not sure there is a 'coolness factor' involved in either of these activities. :D

Everytime I see that video I think of Reno 911 and that roleplaying group they have trouble with. Makes me laugh.

What might be 'cool' for some people is not for others. She can say that it's not cool in her opinion. Despite that, I'm sure at least one of those guys in the video knew how gay they were being somewhere in the back of his mind. Fun and cool don't always go hand in hand...if that makes any sense.

Hahah, no, he was on Plot (helps come up with storyline and modules, one of the people who runs the game) for one of the chapters and was stealing IG money and magic items for his character in another chapter.
