Is there any way to bring the enchant up on this short of a merchant?

Honestly I think this is pawn shop material,
Sighting pretty much stops normal enchant means, short of merchant/PP it isn't going higher than +6 and you can get 4x sighted bows for pretty reasonable amounts, I don't know why anyone wouldn't save up for one of those over this.....I think I paid 200k for my 4x sighted bow.
