Watch her response, to why what occurred in Benghazi and her role in it, makes her MORE qualified to serve as President of the US.
Have you ever seen someone so conceited, and nearly smiling??? while discussing a tragic event that occurred on their watch? She literally believes her actions, or lack thereof, actually make her more qualified. That is amazing.
That near joyous response is really creepy to me. Would love to hear an expert on body language, expression, voice inflection really examine her during that response. /shiver

So she made a mistake, learned from it, moved on, and continued to do her job. Meanwhile, the GOP and their mouthpiece, the mainstream conservative media, continue to dwell on the past at the cost of our future. Of course she is more qualified after seeing her response to this tragedy. I don't want elected officials that bite off their nose to spite their face.

It's not even close to what you wrote. Literally (notice the correct usage of the word literally) nothing you've attributed to Hillary was said by her in that video clip. The closest thing she said was "actually it is more of a reason to run because I do not believe our great country should be playing minor-league ball. We should be in the majors. And I view this as a diversion from the hard work the Congress should be doing."
She didn't say it would increase her chances of winning or make her more qualified to run. Let's not even get started on the fact that you called it her "reelection."
Please stick around Dwaar. You and your kind make the PC a much more enjoyable forum for the rest of us.

In an exclusive interview with ABC's Diane Sawyer, Hillary Clinton said she views the criticism over her role in the deadly 2012 attack on the U.S. consulate Benghazi, Libya as “more of a reason to” -- rather than not to -- run for president in 2016.
“Actually, it's more of a reason to run, because I do not believe our great country should be playing minor league ball. We ought to be in the majors,” Clinton said. “I view this as really apart from -- even a diversion from -- the hard work that the Congress should be doing about the problems facing our country and the world.”
-----------------------------------------------------
Sure... start worrying about and attacking my grammar or a mistype.
You left out what question she was responding too... So I made sure to include the question now, in which she responds "actually it is more of a reason".
Again... if her smiling, while talking about a tragedy that occurred to her personnel, while she was in charge... is not slightly disturbing to you; I'm not sure what would be. If you do not recognize political spin, I'm not sure what that would look like to you. I'm not sure what leader would ever have that expression of joy on their face when discussing lives lost under their command.
She is nearly giddy when she replies.
Yes.. the terrorist attack and subsequent death of people under my care, should only help my (here I'll fix it) election. Meanwhile, anyone that questions where her remorse, care, or concern for people under her command; is out of line... or "playing smallball"... or just an idiot I guess.
I look at it from the perspective of how someone reacts. I'm not really a political person. I try to see both sides. But, her reaction while answering those questions is to me disturbing. If I had to stand in front of one of my Commanders while they talked and smiled about their next promotion, after being asked about how their Soldiers died and what could have been done, he would probably get punched in the face.

It's not even that it wasn't those words - it wasn't words that meant the same thing. Her point is that the Bengazi obsession is even more reason to run - she thinks she'll be able to get Congress back into the big leagues (legislating) and out of the minor leagues (playing politics). I think she is misguided to think she can get a GOP congress to do anything but complain, whine, and point fingers at Democrats, but I applaud her intentions.

So her reasoning is.... On her watch people died, and because people ask questions about it... it's really just a political issue, and whatever her actions were prior to/or following the incident is inconsequential. Hence, her failure as the leader of the State Department, only means she is more qualified to be President - because she ignores the "political" questions that are asked of her; her own actions that led to the loss of 4 people during her leadership.

To clarify.... 2016 is her last chance. By 2020 she really will be to old to run. She knows 2016 is her last chance. That's one reason why it all comes down to the fall elections. But even then.. I don't know if people REALLY want 4 more years of the same bullshit we have had these last 4. Now..t here are still 2 years yet for something to happen.. but as it stands.. I don't think she could win 2016.
Not to mention Michelle Obama REALLY doesn't want Hillary to win, because then there would be no way Michelle could run in 2020 or 2024. (No way in hell people would put up with the same bullshit for 16-20/24 years)

Man or woman, I really hope we elect someone that has a solid head on their shoulders. Preferably with a background in economics and medicine/law, some form of military service would be nice (even if just 4 years), and at some point ran an actual business or has actual leadership experience.
Not the fake leadership of just running in campaigns, but actually on the hook for a payroll, persons well being, or local/state/national interest. Leadership is a skill that takes years to develop. There are plenty of smart people, there are very few real leaders that know how to properly employ and manage others.

The problem with this is that it isn't really what people tend to vote for. Most often they vote for someone who can be pressured by the masses to do what they want. Never mind that this same type of person can be manipulated by other pressures as well or that they aren't really going to look after the best interest of the people.
Not too worried about a background in those things. I'd say military experience and real leadership experience are more important. I'd prefer one with military experience because more often then not you see politicians making decisions about the military when they've absolutely no clue about it. And the military is one of those things that for most you actually have to experience it to really understand it.

Actually I hate what the terms liberal and conservative have come to mean. People just scream "LIBERAL!" at others, and people hate them. No other thought or discussion. People just scream "CONSERVATIVE!!" at others, and people hate them. No other thought or discussion.
These two damn words, and the way they are used these days to pigeonhole people, and used as a way to win arguments is just getting so damn annoying.
I'm actually very "liberal" socially I suppose you would say, but much more "conservative" when it comes to personal responsibility and the power I think our government should have over us. My biggest thing is personal responsibility, and I try to listen to both sides and vote/agree with those that I feel I can trust. I can't stand people that lie, so I really have a hard time finding a candidate of either party very agreeable.
Sadly, it seems most honest people just can't make it in politics.

It depends on how the process goes. He definitely has established bipartisan cred, at least on immigration. Then again, Eric Cantor just got knocked out of a job due to bipartisan immigration cred.
You mean it wasn't because of racism against Jews??!!??!!?

He was white and affluent so people were racist to him. It's the only type of racism that's real. It's very tough when you're white and well off. Thankfully there's other people you can judge/make fun of and blame your problems on.

If that were a crime, there wouldn't be too many elected officials in DC, or anywhere else for that matter...

Nah, I didn't miss them, I just prefer to point out where you, of all people, make such comments. After all, in the past you have taken special pleasure to ignore posts and arguments because you wanted to pick on spelling or grammar and arrogantly position yourself on a high pedestal.
