Make sure to ask for the level 100 discount.

GMs should trigger full scale invasions when someone caps instead of just bolting them from now on, consisting of critter versions of the capped person, copied to their profession and combat skills. Thousands of them.

LOL Well damn, now I'm wishing it were a Rabbit...It's actually a Golf :sigh: ...Nivens McTwisp is pretty excellent though. It sounds sorta Scottish, and golf is Scottish so there's a connection, right?? =)

And yes, the white color will scream wash me a lot, but it's simply a result of its being the only car of its kind on the lot at the time.

Seems counterintuitive but, white cars don't look dirty as fast as darker color cars do.

Also, always ask for a different color than the one the salesperson is showing you. If they don't have it, they become slightly more accommodating in negotiations. At least that's been my anecdotal experience.

edit: buying used might be different but still worth trying to seem disappointed with some aspect of a car. Seems to help your position in hammering down a final price.

I actually got (I think) a great deal on this car. It's a 2013 that sat forlornly on the lot for an entire year, and they were motivated to get rid of it. It was already discounted $4k off MSRP, they took off a little more for me, threw in some kind of weird cargo package, and gave me a surprisingly good appraisal of $3k on my 9yo trade-in (which was $14k brand new).
