A couple ideas:

-Boost your CS by getting your spiritual spells to 67
- Get PF and Perception up to 1x

Personally I would have done PF and Perception 1x first, all those AS/MIU ranks are not giving you much besides some runestaff DS, and I would think maneuvers are more deadly to you at cap.

Definitely PF and perception up to 1x first thing, then probably the spirit spells, not only will that give you more CS but more DS. 1x skills at 100 also bother me so I'd probably push MIU/AS up to 101. Depending on where you are 50 climb would be a good idea as well, maybe more. Also, unless the set of brig you are wearing is the most amazing piece of armor ever, I'd say to drop down and use some doubles. If you want to be better at skinning, I'd say work on those skills a bit before spells unless you need more DS, then spells should come first.

After wearing double leather, any brigandine feels like the most amazing piece of armor ever.

I agree with 1x PF, it's super great for any and every class at a minimum, 1x perception is also quite nice.

I would say though, if you're used to the hindrance and it doesn't bother you, keep rocking the brig.
