Armor Suggesion

I'm building up a two weapon using Sylvan Ranger. I set my AGI/DEX unusually high to reduce RT and for future protection against maneuvers. As I'll spend most of my time in offensive, I'm wanting to know what the armor recommendation would be? I'm assuming full coverage would be best. In that case, I figure brig because doubles is probably too little protection and maybe chain hauberk is too much weight? Thoughts anyone? I appreciate the help.

You'll want to get into brig ASAP, but after that, opinion differs. Most higher level rangers these days tend to go for augmented chain or hauberk. I use aug chain.

And I use Hauberk...was in FGB till 80's and didn't have an issue

Question... are you twc in the open or ambushing from hiding? ..my twc ranger was stalk/hide ambusher and stayed in brig. If they don't see you until your blade enters their eye you have no need for heavy armor.

And on a side note unless you have some crit weighted blades, I found with the ds pushdown, and phantom weighting from ambushing killed stuff faster than going toe to toe. And In the occasional event of your first attack missing, or blocked, you still have a second chance to pop the critter Into a stun or oblivion.
