Fixskill to OHE/Shield & Maneuvers

Thinking about the switch. Would currently get 210 shield ranks at 3x. Would continue through cap.

Need help with maneuver choices. After reading I'm looking at:

1) Did I do my math right?
2) Does this look optimal?
3) Anything I might be missing?
4) I currently have 3 ranks of Parry Mastery. Should I swap for Block Mastery or leave for a second line of defense? Or push for both eventually?

Will add more Qs if I can think of them.

I am too lazy to check the math but it looks like a solid plan. And yes, I'd definitely switch the parry mastery for block. If you have 3 ranks of parry, I'd say just give up that last rank and get 2 ranks of block. I wouldn't push for more then 2 in each and you may want to spend the points else where later on down the road when you've got more DS and blocking/parrying incoming attacks is less of an issue.
