Actually, at the Ebon Gate Festival of '03, "some black spike-heeled boots" were sold off-the-shelf in the Black Stitch wagon.

that has to be the most over used lame thing to say...anyway...I just know I couldn't get them for a wedding alter and they wouldn't do them with an alter scroll...I only know from my experience..If they sold plain boots off the shelf...great! ya dont want these altered ones..don't bid on them.
