Those Giggler orbs are 40 charges, mage rechargeable, 3 spells?

The ones he was giving out as prizes for his Scavenger Hunts?!?!?!?

Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh, and here I am not participating cause I thought the prizes would be as useful as though static shock wands or hand buzzers.

At least I got my 7x fang poison-hilted.

he did a bunch of lists to get orbs, he gave them out as prizes for gladiator tournaments too

Just to clarify, the orb weighs less than 2 and is unused. It is operated by a three setting switch.

I'd also take coin offers if someone wants to buy it outright.
