This needs its own thread. (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/04/29/shaquille-oneal-bullies-jahmel-binion_n_5233441.html)
Should Shaq be banned from the Kings and be forced to sell his share of ownership of the team?

Even though this was red rep I'm assuming it's 1 vote for "yes."

With the precedent set by Mr.Silver he should face some kind of punishment. Although no where near as inflammatory and derogatory as Sterling and his general hate speech, this is a fairly noticeable blemish to the league in general and the whole premise of pushing out Sterling was based on as much. I am not saying Shaq needs to be ousted from his stake, but certainly fines could be levied for besmirching the leagues name or casting the league in a negative light. As an owner of any merit he is set to an incredibly high standard in how he carries himself because he is a face of the league and its representative. I would be interested to know if Shaq actually knew if this person was handicapped in any facet, or if he just found the image online and thought to make light of it. If he knew, then he obviously has poor judgment and is childish and mean (but in all honesty, I can't act like I've never done this, even if it makes me a horrible person for at least a small amount of time). If he didn't know, then that was in poor taste but that is all. Similar to how the ESPN writer got fired for the "chink in the armor" Jeremy Lem caption header. Was that person truly being a racist, or was it an incredibly poor choice for a common turn of a phrase.

Two possibilities here.
1) Shaq knew the person had a disability yet decided to make fun of him anyways.
B) Shaq didn't know the person had a disability so in his mind he was just making fun of someone who looked funny.
Either way Shaq looks pretty bad.

agreed, but in my eyes, one is drastically worse than the other. I will be interested to see how much play this will get on ESPN and such though. Shaq is all buddy buddy with TNT since he works for their Bball network and ESPN loves Shaq so it will be interesting how they spin it or bury it.
