Pay billions upon billions for AOL and make your default web browser anything but IE.

Download Firefox.

Or XP Service Pack 2.

This is assuming that these ads are popping up when you visit web pages. If they pop up any old time, then you've got spyware, in which case you should download both Lavasoft AdAware and Spybot Search & Destroy and run them.

So you're saying you've tried....

Use the google search bar. It's already blocked over 3500 pop-ups for me.

Hardly...the most I've "tried" is clicking on random links from here and getting a "not in compliance" message. :P

So anyway... do these pop-ups come out of no where? Like someone already said, it's probably a spy-ware problem if that's the case. Use those programs I gave you to get rid of it. Chances are, if you've never ran those programs on your work computer, that your computer if full of spy-ware and ad-ware.

Yeah....I leave my office for a bit and come back to my desk and there's all these windows open.

I'll just email myself the spyware programs so I can run them at work tomorrow.
