What are the benefits to having full citizenship?

Well say in Icemule, you don't have to pay the guards to get in the gates. It also allows you to buy and own a shop.

I have two for Icemule. I'm not a big scriptwriter but these do work. One has most, if not all the shops. The other is a good bit smaller.

The latter was written by SP I think.
