Look description: This shield has been forged from the purest of veil iron, and though dark in hue, it has been polished to a mirror-like gleam. The face of the shield has been adorned with a stylized urnon sigil depicting a fierce dragon with its wings spread in flight. If the shield is tilted from side to side, the quality of the inset substance becomes apparent as the urnon shifts through a prism of intense colors. You also notice a small enchanter's glyph.

I didn't see where this item was sanctified. And I don't remember veil iron being a sancted metal?

This shield is very old and I can confirm it is sancted. Used to use on my Dwarven Paladin back in the day.

It inspects as steel. However I believe someone once posted up that it goes off of the description material in regards to cmans. If you would like to test it we can meet up.
