You can't get yourself up to 180# capacity with the recent Albatross excursions. I do think that the Albatross does lower the value of this item though, since you can get to what, 150 or 160? I have a couple of items in this capacity class and am very happy with them.

From mana enhancives I've found in the past, I don't think either of those enhancives are worth really anything. I'd just price the cloak on whatever the range of 180 capacity cloaks have generally gone for. You can probably get more, but I'll give you 3m.

Unless the cloak is a <1lb cloak, at most I would say 10 mill or so. Last time, that was about what the slots were selling for. The enhancive really doesn't add any value.. now if it was like Ardwen's... then yeah.
