I don't think there is a guild for fletching.

There aren't any guilds for the artisan skills. Cobbling and forging are done at their respective workshops but fletching can be started and progressed anywhere.

Ewave a bow? Do you mean eblade? You eblade arrows but not the bow. You can ensorcell, enchant, and sight bows. There are other bows with special properties but those are different.
Keep buying stuff for fletching...you'll get backroom after so many limbs of wood and glue and stuff.

Take 100 silvers and buy 100 arrows for 1 silver each one at a time, and you'll have backroom access.

You can use quarterstaffs to pare your shafts with. What I do is pare 20 quarterstaffs....then make the shafts only, dropping them or putting them in a container. Then I cut the nocks after I have all the shafts cut. It's quick and the scripts took me all of 5 minutes to write. No use in going thru with making the whole arrow. Paring the shafts and nocking them has me to 200 ranks in about 18 hours.

start:
put get quarter
wait for you
put cut arrow from my quart
pause 30
put put shaft in my pack
waitfor you
goto start
--This will cut the quarterstaffs...edit the RT if you're hasting and add a matchwait if you want to go straight in to paring.
start:
put get 1 shaft from my pack
waitfor you
put cut my shaft with my dagger
pause 22
put drop shaft
goto start
-- This will cut the shafts and drop them (at a table) or you can edit the script to put them in a container Once you're done paring, gather your shafts and put them in your container. You can also edit the first script to go straight into this when you're out of quarterstaffs by adding a matchwait.
start:
put get 1 my shaft
waitfor you
put cut nocks in my shaft with my dagger
waitfor Generally
put cut nocks in my shaft with my dagger
pause 10
put drop my shaft
goto start
-- This will cut the nocks....again edit for RT if hasted and add matchwaits if you want one continuous script. Once done here...you can clean the table and start fresh.
These are some rudimentary scripts because I'm lazy and didn't know that the verb artisan skills tracked progress until today...edit containers and cutting axe/paring knife to match what you have.

If you want to get really, REALLY cheap - you can go to the iron-making place and 'get wood' The logs that you pick up are worth like 4-5 shafts if I remember correctly. I just sat there with a script until my cloak was full.
