The veniom-threaded cloak feels far lighter than you expect, as if its contents did not weigh as much as they would normally.
So at full capacity, it should be 45 lbs weightless open or closed.
Only other container I found sold with the same script I think went for 30M but was only 100 lbs deep (but pinworn)
