I thought this was funny.
A man walked into the Women's Department of Macy's in New York City.
He told the saleslady "I would like a Baptist bra for my wife, size 36B." With a quizzical look the saleslady asked? "What kind of bra?"
He repeated "A Baptist Bra" - She said to tell you that she wanted a Baptist Bra, and that you would know what she wanted."
"Ah, now I remember" said the saleslady. "We don't get as many requests for them as we used to. Mostly our customers lately want the Catholic bra, or the Salvation Army bra, or the Presbyterian type."
Confused, and a little flustered, the man asked "So, what are the differences?"
The lady responded. "It is all really quite simple. The Catholic type supports the masses. The Salvation Army lifts up the fallen, Presbyterian type keeps them staunch and upright." He mused on that information for a minute, and asked "So, what is the Baptist type for?" "They," she replied, "make mountains out of mole-hills."

Heh, that was good.
I just bought a new bra, because Target's bras SUCK if you're a C-cup or larger and you don't want your boobs to look like swollen watermelons. So I went and dropped 40 bucks on a VS bra, it is SO comfy. Now I just need more money to get one in every color. :(

I could have told you that before you wasted your time on Target underwear, Jesae. VS is the only way to go, unless you can afford Agent Provacateur.

I'm only a B cup so I've found Gap Body bras to be really comfortable. Only SLIGHTLY less expensive than Victoria's Secret but they're plainer, so they blend under shirts better than the lacy stuff.

VS has plain bras. I bought a nude color one and its got no lace.
Besides, lace is bad..when you were fitted tops it makes it all bumpy and weird lookin' underneath there.

Ha.
Ha.
Ha.
No.
VS is the devil. I think I started a thread a while back... One visit... three bras, one corset thing, three-four pairs of panties... $179.
Edited to say that the above purchase wasn't for my own personal use.

One bra, 5 pairs of underwear-60 bucks.
I hope you got to see those items on whoever you were buying them for though, Peam.
See, take them off, wear them around my neck, etc.

Well that's good. Money well-spent, I'd say.
....um, how'd she get you to buy it? Cause all I've ever gotten out of my boyfriend is a Fredricks of Hollywood corset and thigh-high stockings. :(

I made the mistake of buying my wife a D&G bra while I was on a trip once. Now she has expensive tastes and her underwear is like a car payment but she looks good so I'm happy.

Hehehe....its red satin with black lace trimmings...oh yes, and it laces up the front with the little hooks up the back. Oh and did I mention it has those stocking straps hanging from it that are adorned with black silk bows.

I make my own bras out of cardboard and plastic bottles.

Now that's hot.
You all have to teach me how to get my boyfriend to buy me stuff from VS/FH... the only things I've gotten so far are a bra from FH and a rather interesting "nightgown" from VS.

I  VS. I've tried hundreds of bras and nothing compares to the comfort most VS bras have. Plus they last longer than the cheaper ones. Trust me, its money well spent.

Yeah, damn things last FOR-EV-ER. I had two bras that lasted me, I shit you not...at least 4 years. The only reason I had to buy more is I outgrew them. :(

Bali and Warners bra's are just as good as VS and just as expensive BUT when they go on sale you can get them at much better deals. Major dept. stores do major sales a few times a year, watch for them and get 2 for 1. VS never has great sales on their most popular items, just the stuff that isn't doing great. Dont get sucked in by the label.

It's nice to see a voice of reason injected into this conversation. I was getting awfully suspicious with everybody claiming that VS wins hands down. I guess their advertising dollars are being well spent.
