Error Map Database Not Found

My screen fills with this when I try to log in to Prime. Does NOT do it when I log into Plat. How do I fix this issue please?

I tried uninstalling ruby and deleting lich altogether and redownloading and installing them. I set lich to open as admin and now...now it just freezes. It won't do anything. It won't unpause updater. It won't let my character move. It is doing this through all the characters that I have....what am I doing wrong?

I've tried logging in through the website and through the SGE without using LICH. Still no love. I keep getting this...

then it just stalls out and does nothing. I can't move my characters at all. Very frustrating.
