glaes-banded mithril stickpin, +2 to strength, never used (so fully charged and I don't know the recharging cost)

Can hold a spell, currently blank. Will persist on both spell and enhancement. I forget the training requirement, but it wasn't high.

Thoughts on value?

If it's not a strength bonus, it's probably not worth very much...even if it is a bonus, it's still not very much unfortunately.
