MOC help needed

Looking into picking up some MOC ranks and was wondering how far to go. 45 ranks by all guides appears to be a good balance only to mitigate Force on Force. Thinking this will help with the DS pushdown against bandits and those ever pesky scouts in OTF with their crystal-edge weapons.

My CMan will soon be 135 ranks and will get my 4th rank of hamstring so looking to switch gears a bit.

I found 45 ranks to be a good stopping point but eventually went to 70 ranks for the rare times that Sabreon used to be in OTF and I would get griffin dropped.

I dunno, I was a fan of 55 ranks for 3 focused mstrike. This is assuming that you're swinging a weapon, and not an archer... which I realize under the ranger forums, is a pretty big IF.

The thing about FoF is that it's not discrete the way some other skill-based bonuses are. Each rank between 25 and 45 will give you a 5% boost on FoF, rather than it being a full 100% realized benefit from 44 to 45 ranks.

Whereas getting X mstrike values is a discrete value, no marginal gains until you reach that rank. 54 ranks is 2 focused strikes, 55 ranks is 3 focused strikes.
