What the title says

a pale faewood runestaff with a dark blue glimaerstone cap

So this will flare (+18CS, +30AS) and (+6CS, +10AS), and (+24 CS, +40AS).
Great staff for ccf acuity flare adding.

incidentally at x10 acuity and t5 ensorcell it would be
(+30 CS, +50 AS), (+15CS, +25AS), (+45CS, +75AS) flares!

Of course, a sorcerer gets +3 CS/+5 AS extra from the ensorcell flare, and can make it last for 2 shots with 90 ranks of necro.
...funny how I haven't heard sorcerers bitch as much in the last year.

If you all keep on bidding I may offer up my 4x/6x acuity/t5.
