My rogue doesn't pick. I went for more combat-oriented training.

I pick but not as a prime function of my rogue and I'm not very good at it at lvl 28:

Most difficult lock picked: -495
Most difficult trap disarmed: -156

I've only picked about 5 boxes since traps and locks started being recorded heh.

Do you have lores? At 28 my max is -420 lock and -160 trap.

My rogue will always pick, for me its more for the rp'ing then anything. She picks very well, and hunts above her level, best of both worlds.

I'm seriously considering dropping my lockpicking. Especially after I blow a trap and it eats my 130k lockpick.

If I do drop lockpicking I can add 2x TWC to my training. I can up my hiding to 2.5x and I can up my dodging to 2.5x.

Mmm, tempting.

Well not a picker ,but i disarm highest so far is -131 havent tried higher..As a warrior i usually bash after i disarm .Question tho with 40 ranks in disarming..65 ranks in perception an 30 ranks in Arcane symbols ( heard it helps scarabs ) anyun know what my cap is about ..

I doubled in lockpicking and disarming before GSIV. I dropped it all when GSIV came in favor of being a pure hunting rogue. I really do miss picking boxes though. I think when I'm much higher trained I'll pick it back up as I can so that i can enjoy it again.
