You post a bid with which service you would like. Highest bid for each service type at the end of the auction wins the chance for that service. The highest bid of all three types will have first priority, the second, then third, depending on the service won. Items must be provided to me prior to the start of the event the last Friday in March. Winner will be responsible for the bid plus the surcharge of the item they wish modified, to be provided by the GM performing the service.

I'm a little confused at why T4 voln armor made the cut but ithzir armor didn't. Considering that system got this huge, fairly epic revamp done to it and -no one- can even come close to tapping out the tiers... it's just bogglesome.

Because T4 Voln is going to be super rare.. ithzir they offer a lot. Also.. I REALLY think Voln armor will be able to added to more stuff.

True enough, but Ithzir had what... 10 slots for a single tier at EG? If that? Considering it requires like 10 tiers to get the good stuff, that's just a rather investment for something you can only get (possibly) 1-2 times a year.

There are lots of Ithzir armor with 4 unlockings at this point.. and those can go higher. Can't go higher then T4 Voln. Basically.. Ithzir can be improved 1-2 times a year. T4 Voln.. never.

Best part: "Hey, here're your choices..epic Ithzir unlock, oh, that upgraded forged thing, and maybe something else that is nowhere near as nice. Whatcha want?" Granted, not every hook had the retardedly sweet Ithzir option, but really? Any of them offering a full tree unlock?

Favoritism has certainly occurred in the past, but I think it has been largely gone for some time. If anyone has info to the contrary, I would certainly appreciate knowing about it (and so would others).

Any Voln tier gets you there regardless of what tier you are on (or even if you don't have the voln script on at all)

Yep from what I understood the GM would pick a variable and release the hook (be it race, profession, number of people in the room maybe too?) and it would find it, I don't think it had a specific go-to-name option. Mind you this is like third-hand knowledge from another player but the source is fairly reliable.

My guess is she's saying that she's going to bid on something for someone and if they win it she's going to charge them 60m plus the auction bid. Essentially getting 60m for her T1 slot.

It means Saturday morning I'll be the auction proxy for someone on the quiver, if the max bid is more than he's willing to pay then I go back to business as usual and work down the list. It more or less works the same way as everything else, whichever first one I win.

I did two things differently. First, I started the ending procedure at 11:30pm. Second, to avoid snipes, keep it exciting, and give everyone a fair shot I had a countdown of 5 minutes after each bid. When someone posted another bid, the 5 minutes started over. Easy peasy. Only had one disappointed person because of a time zone difference, but it is near impossible to make everyone happy.

Will be interesting to see what happens when bidding opens up in the chats and if items start selling for more. In all the auctions. I didn't bid on anything in any auction because I have tickets. So I wouldn't want to be stuck with a second undead bane slot for example. But if I don't win the spin/raffles I would be looking.

It's the risk you take really. Either way works, but I guess for me and the OP, personally I didn't want to have to open up chat auctions, it gets chaotic and the seller usually gets ripped off. As a buyer, you have more insurance in the fact you know what you will be paying, but like you said if you bid on multiple auctions or even have a ticket, it can bite ya in the ass.
