I have a question about shop ownership in case someone finally comes around to sell me one.

I know you can have a shop partner but is this limited to just one other person? Can I have multiple shop partners? Can I give the shop partner as much access to the shop as I would have? Like they could add items to be up for sale, set the prices, take things down, etc etc?

shop partners are all given the same access and have their own shop account for funds. They can only remove or reprice items they add to the shop. In the event that rent is reinstated, the money would only come from the shop owner's account. Shop partners also cannot rearrange/change the shop furniture. However, shop partners can change any of the shop signs.

Just for clarification - shop partners can not remove items you place, or another partner places in the shop. That is one annoying limitation. I had a partner once that sort of disappeared for a couple years and their stuff was stuck there taking up several slots.
