Can't add weighting via pps. Just padding. And 2800 is a vanilla 8x enchant, 3400 means you can do something to 8x with scripts, a la ithzir or voln armor.

it adds I think 600 per level, or at least 600. that's if it already has ensorcelling, can't add it via PP's.
